有关ea评估的文件清单的问题

EA评估所需文件清单中，有些不太明白，请各位赐教，谢谢！

1.Certified true copy of passport bio-data page only (not the complete passport), and English language translation (if not English) [Where this is not available, a copy of your Birth Certificate and/or National Identity Card may be acceptable in lieu]

这个是复印护照哪一页？是不是有了护照页，就不用提供其他的出生证明了，是吗？

2.Certified true copy of academic testamur(s).

这个是学位证书和学历证书吗？公证是由清华做是吗？

3.Certified true copies of academic transcripts(s)

这个是成绩单吗？公证是由清华做是吗？

4.Certified evidence of registration under the relevant licensing authority in the country in which you are practising [if necessary] eg Philippine Regulations Commission

这个是提供什么啊？

5.Certified documentary evidence of employment [must be provided if you have relevant work experience of 12 months or more, or if the work experience provides a basis of a career episode(s)]

这个是需要提供以前公司和现在供职公司的推荐信吗？需要提供现供职公司的在职证明吗？

6.Relevant Skilled Employment (Optional Service); period of employment, job title, main five (5) duties, full or part-time (hours/week)

认证工作年限需要提供什么文件呢？

1. 护照有你照片的那一页就行，，去大使馆公证，就一张A4纸，去国内的公证处的话都是整本原件公证。
2.不用清华认证，让学校的档案馆开就行了，我们学校就能直接开中英文的，信封封起来的，如果学校不提供中英文的，那只能拿去公证处公证。

4.这个不需要提供，我有注册建造师证都没提供，，简历上别写就行了。
5.推荐信或在职证明，需要写明工作的起止日期，工资多少，职位，是否全职，5点或以上主要工作职责等等（请网上找模版），可以自己写让公司人事签字、盖章（可选），可中英文，也可全英文。
6. 同上
PS：EA的工作年限认证很简单，不用提供社保、税单等等，但是有更好
