有两年的我自己认为不是非常相关-，但是还是有50-60%IT，在雇主推荐信里面也说到了的。所以ACS -4年也是可能的吧。只是另外那个人的 RPL DE case - 2年我是真不知道为什么。
呵呵，话说回来我评这个只是个backup而已，其实我去年就评估了2611，并且在这次评ACS 评估时拿到了SA 的nomination。所以也谈不上庆幸吧。更多是后悔当初没有考虑州担保，以为一定可以走189，不然去年就review了新的2613 code 了。也早就走了州担保啦。。。
下面是ACS 关于DIAC 要不要参考ACS 的答复：至少我觉得对新的ACS report，DIAC 应该是参考的：
For example, if you are assessed as having a bachelor degree or higher, with an ICT major that is closely related to the nominated occupation, you are required to demonstrate two years of relevant work experience. The various number of years of work experience that are required to be demonstrated are all detailed in the summary of criteria in the second last column.
Once the ACS requirements have been met, only then will your employment be considered at a skilled level as stated in the result letter.
The department of immigration will take into account skilled employment for points purposes.
