这个应该是没有疑问的吧，只有ACS评估后才能递交EOI呢，肯定以ACS评估结果为准啊

对于1，这个应该是申请人自身的工作经历有问题，和ACS没啥关系，也没有证据表明该申请人被拒是由于ACS的评估报告；
对于2，这是州担保，和DIBP无关。

我不太清楚那个CO的宣判是哪来的，就像我也不清楚那些所谓的内部手册是哪来的一样。根据我对阿三论坛的跟踪，那位阿三压根就没给出CO对他这个案例的直接说明。另外，旧版ACS报告声明全部年限后准签的案例比比皆是。

这位阿三garrying的最后一次回复：

I am really interested in knowing if someone recently got grant through 60points and old ACS assessment letter.

All I know is that it's terrible experience for my family and has been waste of time and money so far. And it has hurt us badly..I hope immigration doesn't treat us as cash cows as they keep jacking up their fees and also giving refusal even after getting 60points. Very stressful and agonizing

我也在纠结年限的问题，ACS 砍掉2年后，skilled employment 为6年，差5分到60，我咨询过澳洲的一个移民律师，她说如果单位证明能够说明是8年的相关工作经验，移民官会认可8年，不知真假，如果悲剧了，损失不少时间和金钱。感觉就是在赌

赌输了澳大利亚就去不了了，以后基本上拿不到签证了。因为有移民申请记录，旅游前商务签估计都很难批，有移民倾向。
