Certification can be authorised within Australia by:
 a registered migration agent
 a justice of the peace or a bail justice
 an Australian lawyer
 a member of the police force
 a sheriff or a deputy sheriff
 a councillor of a municipality
 a senior officer of a council
 a medical practitioner
 a dentist
 a veterinary practitioner
 a pharmacist
 a principal in the teaching service
 a manager of an authorised deposit-taking institution
 a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or the Australian Society of Accountants or the National Institute of Accountants
 a secretary of a building society
 a minister of religion authorised to celebrate marriages
 a public notary
 a member or former member of either House of the Parliament of the Commonwealth
Documents Certified Outside Australia - need to be certified by an equivalent of the above authorised list within the country of origin. Legal professionals & embassies officials can provide further information regarding certifying documents outside Australia.

TC的公证真黑啊。
做了一轮德文的公证，再做英文，还要重新走一次流程，难道中文的公证木有用了？不过是重新翻译而已嘛。

你怎么证明给你做公证的人是警察呢？拿他的证件复印件吗？那他的证件复印件是否又要公证呢？

通常是写上注册号，加上他的签字就可以了；比如说医生，会有他唯一的注册医生号码之类的，我想警察，律师也不例外；其实也是防君子不放小人；可能是文化差异和习惯问题，老外认为这样就足够了；老外这里冒充律师，警察，法官应当是满严重的问题，所以他们假定没有人会轻易这么做；他们可能想不到，在“我们这儿“，胡哥，温宝宝的签名估计也照样有人敢仿，不在话下。
