1.   租金低，因为此单元房有一个Study，而且Study有放3张床的面积，Study内还有一个约9立方米的储物柜。就因为周边基本上没有2房+STUDY的户型，当时就为了这STUDY，购房时比其它的2房多花了将近10万澳币； 租金低，比目前市场上拎包入住带全套家具的两房租金便宜$200/周；相当于当地不带家具电器的3房租金；

4.  该公寓楼下面是大型商业零售，有几千平方米，有COLES，诸多不同国家风味的餐厅，咖啡厅，肉店，水果店，理发店，美容店，银行等等，商业繁华，购物吃饭等生活非常方便。

5.  高档公寓是新建的，才入伙2年左右的时间，正因为比其它周边其它高档，所以相对其它的公寓要安全很多……

6.  最好的楼层：要出租的房子所在楼层也是最好的，既不在最顶层（担心热），也不在第五楼（因为第五层有的位置是停车的地方），房子视野很好，非常开阔。走出门就是空中花园；
