简单小炒--

豆腐干蘑菇炒肉片

最近觉得自己应该多吃点豆制品,

于是买了豆腐干,

不知道怎么做,

就做个我的妈妈小时候做给我吃的豆腐干炒肉片.

想起前段日子有朋友留言问我可不可以多做点豆制品的菜.

我满口答应却现在才做,真是不好意思.

以后我会多做点的.呵呵




材料:

猪里脊肉100克 蘑菇8只 100克豆腐干一大块约80克

制作步骤:

1将所有食材切片准备了几颗蒜,没有可不放

2将肉片放小碗加点料酒和淀粉抓匀,和大蒜一起入锅中

略炒至变色,8成熟。出锅放一边备用。

3锅中倒入油再将蘑菇和豆腐干翻炒片刻,大概1分钟。

4然后加入1大勺生抽。略微上色即可。再翻炒个半分钟

加个两大勺(30ML)热开水,大火1分钟。

5大火一分钟,食材基本成熟加入之前炒香的肉片。再翻

炒个1分钟。加点盐和鸡精调味道。出锅.

(鸡精可不加。还可以再加点绿色蔬菜同炒。)





一般人皆可食用。每餐30克左右。

  ●钠的含量较高,糖尿病、肥胖或其他慢性病如肾脏病、高血脂患者要慎食。

  ●老人、缺铁性贫血患者尤其要少食。   

豆腐干营养丰富,含有大量蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,

还含有钙、磷、铁等多种人体所需的矿物质。豆腐干在制

作过程中会添加食盐、茴香、花椒、大料、干姜等调料,

既香又鲜,久吃不厌,被誉为“素火腿”。

1. 在商场购买豆腐干应选择具有冷藏保鲜设备的副食商场、

超市。应选择有防污染包装的,例如经真空压缩的保鲜膜。

  2. 对于用真空袋保存的豆制品,选购时注意查看包装

袋上是否标签齐全,生产日期尽量选择与购买日期相近的豆

制品。

  3. 留意真空包装是否出现漏气现象或抽取不彻底现象,

此类食品保质期会大打折扣,不宜购买。

  4. 遵循“少量购买、及时食用”的原则,不宜大量囤货。

此外,当天剩下的豆干,应用保鲜袋扎紧放置冰箱内尽快吃

完,如发现袋内有异味或豆干制品表面发粘,请不要食用。
