烤箱上色特别棒,非常均匀,起初用180还以为很快表面会上色过重,没想到,没有出现这种问题。我之前几个品牌的烤箱,高温会上色过度,低温又会延长烤制时间,所以我经常是先低温烤熟,再高温上色,调来调去很麻烦。
