Key Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the operationmanagement team your responsibilities will include:

l Day to day communication maintenance with contractor drivers wherenecessary via phone & chat;
l Handle Contractor drivers’ complaints;
l Facilitate inter-departmental communication;
l Information Collection & Examination;
l Additional duties as assigned.
The skills and experienceyou bring
l Ability to communicate/listen effectively;
l CSR(Customer Service & Relationship) experience - in BPO, Consulting,Transport or Internet;
l Strong power on implement;
l Self-learning ability;
l Good command of MS Office;
