What is this role responsible for?
- Monitoring session and offering clues/assistance as needed
- Resetting rooms and games after each session
- Building rewarding relationships with players
- Maintaining transactions accurately - which includes handling and processing cash, credit cards and EFTPOS
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic, fun-loving, vibrant personality
- Passionate about story telling and explaining game concepts
- Possess excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Professional and can work autonomously/ make decisions with limited supervision
- Love to be part of a team
- Sound computer skills
