Responsibility
- Taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations.
- Support the daily property management
- Routine open inspection including ingoing and outgoing reports
- Process new tenant applications, manage tenant selection, ongoing maintenance and arrears
- Rental increases and lease renewals
- Following clients and providing feedback to owners
- Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly
- Advertising rental properties
- Tribunal attendance when required
- Participate in team training and development
About you
- Certificate of registration in real estate or real estate licensed holder.
- At least three-year experience in property management is required
- The thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
- Have unrestricted Australian working rights
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Driver’s license and own car
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects
- Strong relationship-building skills, including negotiable skills
- Passionate in the real estate industry, a self-motived, pro-active individual is ideally
- Available working 6 days per week
