We are now expanding our exceptionalservice into mortgage and home loan brokering.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in generating qualified finance leads& needs
· Assist to convent leads to loan applications
· Handle inbound & outbound phone lendingadvice to pre-qualified customers.
· Customer service and end to end support foronline application.
· Process home loan applications and advisecustomers on banks and non-bank lenders.
· Build rapports and knowledge with panel ofbanks and lending institutes.
· Generate referrals from existing customers byretaining and deepening customer relationship.
· Attend mortgage finance/home loan industryseminars and conferences.
· Processing business loans application whenrequired
· Mentor other team members
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experiences in amortgage broking-related role
· Have anability to set up a home loan brokerage team
· Have anability to train new colleagues
· WithMFAA/FBAA membership preferred
· Certificate IV or Diploma of Finance andMortgage Broking (Preferred)
· Excellent knowledge of home loan market andmortgage finance industry
· Passionate about helping customer’s financialneeds
· Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and/orCantonese.
· Able to communicate effectively withborrowers and lenders.
Remuneration:Base $50,000 to $ 80,000 Base + Commission
(Amount of Base salary depends on experience &ability)
