Junior IT Support/Student Developer (P/T or F/T)

YOUR ROLE
·        Providing IT helpdesk service to internal staff
·        Potential to particulate in software development(e.g. coding, testing)
·        Troubleshooting and resolving issues across all business operation
·        Conducting onboarding training in IT systems for staff
·        Helping with the creation of IT documentation

PRE-REQUISITES
·        Studying an IT/Computer Science related degree
·        Keen to learn
·        Understand basic IT hardware and software (amateur level accepted, training provided)
·        Available to work either part-time or full-time(minimum 2 days weekly)
