工作职责：
包括但不限于以下内容，在总部指导下逐步开展
1、处理银行入账、收入成本费用入账、房租摊销、资产折旧的摊销等财务工作，出具各项财务报表；
2、审核澳洲仓费用、成本的报销真实性、合理性、合法性；
3、对接集团财务每月的数据资料提供、审计问题；
4、根据澳洲当地政策，接口外部会计师，准确有效处理澳洲财务、税务相关事宜；
5、及时登记银行日记账及整理各项付款单据发送国内财务对接人；
6、参与费用分析工作；
7、参与本地财务风险的识别、判断，并向总部反馈情况，等；
岗位要求：
1、澳洲本地财务/会计相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、可考虑应届毕业生，如有对接审计或事务所/企业实习经验者优先；
3、具备较强的执行力、学习能力、团队合作意识，中英文均可作为工作语言；
4、PR或Citizen优先。
薪资待遇：
- 年薪起薪：$50,000~60,000(根据工作经验可谈) + Super+每月奖金（up to $500 根据表现和产出）；
- 正规全职长期劳动合同(Full-time permanent)，享受所有法定福利，包括带薪年假/病假/护理假等；
- 来自总部或当地外部的培训和支持将会提供给员工，未来有成长成为高级岗位的发展通道。

Junior Accountant (Mandarin Speaking)
Who are we?
Zongteng Group is a global leader in providing e-commerce fulfillment and shipping solutions to online retailers and marketplace sellers. Our Global fulfillment and distribution network and 3PL fulfillment services help our clients to expand their global market share, reduce costs, and streamline the fulfillment process while at the same time improve their client's delivery experience.
We have an excellent opportunity for an Finance Assistant. This role is located at Dandenong South, VIC.
Duties:
Your responsibilities might include but not limited to as follows based on the guidance from HQ:
1. Handle finance works such as bank entry, income, cost, expense, rent amortization, asset depreciation, and provides journals, statements, and balance sheet;
2. Verify the authenticity, rationality, and legality of the reimbursement of expenses and costs;
3. Responsible for providing monthly data and materials and auditing details to HQ’s finance dept.;
4. Interface with external accountants to accurately and effectively deal with Australian financial and tax affairs according to local policies;
5. Timely register the bank journal, sort out payment document, and send to HQ finance counterpart;
6. Participate in cost analysis;
7. Participate in local identification and judgment work about local financial risks, provide feedback to HQ, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Australian finance/accounting related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. Fluent Mandarin, English can be used as working language;
3. Recent graduates will be considered, have internship experience in auditing or firm is preferred;
4. Strong execution ability, learning ability and teamwork spirit;
5. PR or citizen is preferred.
Salary&Compensation:
1. Initial Annual salary: $50,000 to $60,000, negotiable according to experience;
2. 10% Super (fully based on policy);
3. Performance bonus up to $500 per month according to performance result;
4. Full-time permanent contract, enjoy all statutory benefits including paid annual leave/sick leave, etc;
5. Training/support will be provided from Headquarters finance and local external accounting firm. Potential to grow to senior accountant gradually.
Location:
Based on Dandenong South, VIC, full-time work, need to work on-site, cannot work from home.
