The sales representative position is to sell products and services over the phone or in-person via walk-in clients to prospective customers and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. This is a Sales talent position, you will get not only a base salary but also uncapped commissions, OTE 100K PLUS A YEAR!
§ Directly sell and deliver company products and services to customers, as well as identify new business opportunities
§ Achieve volume and revenue sales targets as per the sales plan
§ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
§ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
§ Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
§ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
§ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
§ Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
§ Unlimited Driver’s license
§ 2+ years of experience as a Sales and Services Representative
§ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
§ Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
§ Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
§ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Self-motivated and can build enduring relationships with existing customers
