* A leader within solar wholesale industry

* Located in Woodridge QLD 4114

* Seeking an experienced and passionate Purchasing Assistant

Your key responsibilities will be:

· Work with management to collate requirements from multiple interstate warehouses

and create Purchase Orders against national and international suppliers.

· The schedule of stock movements from suppliers.

· To produce and control all documentation required for suppliers.

· To ensure stock orders are created accurately.

· Ensure that all warehouses are kept up to date with delivery changes as they arise.

· Move bulk inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from interstate warehouses.

To be considered for this role the following experience would be highly regarded:

* - Good level of knowledge of MS Office

* - Speak good English

* - Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible

* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* - Mandarin speaker preferred

* - High level of accuracy and eye for detail

* - Knowledge of weights, measures, and transportation considerations
