We are seeking a permanently, full time receptionist to work in our busy legal firm in City.
The Role
1. Answering incoming calls, filtering the calls and direct it through to the related person/departments.
2. Opening, scanning, recording and distributing all incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and contracts.
3. Opening files for the new clients
4. Greeting clients and visitors
5. Arranging courier
6. Looking after meeting rooms to ensure they are kept in a tidy and orderly manner
7. May go out to attend settlement and bank to collect the cheques
8. Follow instructions from the supervisor
9. Good filing management
10. Other general office duties
Experience/SkillsRequired
To be successful in this fast paced role, you will possess the following qualities:
Ø Extremely detail oriented
Ø Ability to organise, multitasks, prioritise and work under pressure
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Responsible, Self-motivated, logical thinking, hardworking
Ø Be able to work in a team or with minimum supervision
Ø Paperwork processing and documentation skills
Ø Time Management
Ø Mandarin/Cantonese speakers a must
Ø Experience with LEAPare highly sought after
