锦鲤寿司【附Q弹凉皮做法】

</p><p>小贴士:</p><p>米饭里可搭配个人喜欢的食材,颜色错开更漂亮。制作凉皮的时候,开始会掌握不好糊糊的用量,糊糊多了凉皮会厚一点,少了就会薄一点,摊一两张就能掌握用量了,凉皮很容易沾合住,制作的时候可用适量食用油防沾。鱼子酱不易放太多,避免过咸。</p><p> </p>
