The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has informed the Western Australia Government that in these early stages of the Skillselect system, the number of applicants WA can nominate through Skillselect will be limited for the month of July 2012. This set limit has now been reached.<br />

You should note that this is a temporary measure put in place by DIAC and we are awaiting their confirmation that we can continue to nominate our applicants in Skillselect, including your own EOI.<br />
<br />
Nominating your EOI is important to Western Australia, and as soon as we have done this you will receive a confirmation email. Should there be any other information regarding this process we will be sure to keep you informed.<br />

不过，这话是什么意思，没有看明白。意思是各州想临时办法”脱离EOI自己先搞提名”？不过要等DIAC的答复？

估计DIAC第一个月只放了极为有限的名额给各州，8月份才开始恢复正常。各州在等8月的名额到了以后才能开始批。

呵呵, 估计在8月15日之后放名额! 有效控制case数量, 客观上提高移民局效率, 直接缩短了审理期。
我们就是7月12日就通过了，但邀请却在7.24才发放。

现在可以肯定的是7月名额有限，所以不用再讨论是不是名额有限这个问题。重要的是，上面的消息到底给了我们什么指示？WA在想办法问DIAC要更多的名额还是别的？
