巧克力装饰蛋糕


                                                <p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;等到这会儿电压算是稳定了些,可以慢慢的写我的日志了。想发个帖子也不容易啊。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221137271396.jpg" title="IMG_4812.JPG"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;微苦的巧克力装饰蛋糕,有一点黑森林蛋糕的感觉,不过,用料上简单了许多。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221139106448.jpg" title="IMG_4810.JPG"/></center></p><p>【蛋糕体材料】 &nbsp; 6寸</p><p>鸡蛋 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3个</p><p>糖 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;50克</p><p>色拉油 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 20克</p><p>水 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;20克</p><p>低粉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;55克</p><p>可可粉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10克</p><p>泡打粉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1/4勺</p><p>盐 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1/10勺</p><p>柠檬汁 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 几滴</p><p>淡奶油 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 适量&nbsp;</p><p>【做法】</p><p>1、将蛋清和蛋黄分离后,取蛋黄加入20克白糖搅拌均匀。</p><p>2、继续往蛋黄中加入色拉油和水,接着搅拌。</p><p>3、将低粉、可可粉、盐泡打粉混合过筛拌入蛋黄中,搅拌均匀。</p><p>4、蛋清加入几滴柠檬汁,用电动打蛋器打出大泡后,将30克白糖分3次加入,将蛋清打发。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221159391602.jpg" title="IMG_4740_付.jpg"/></center></p><p>5、取1/3打发的蛋清混入蛋黄糊中,拌匀后倒回余下的蛋清中拌匀。</p><p>6、烤箱预热至180℃,将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入烤盘,轻磕几下烤盘,将气泡震出。</p><p>7、烤箱中下层,上下火180℃,烤约35分钟,至熟透即可。</p><p>8、烤好的蛋糕取出,倒扣晾凉,切成3片备用。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221160717936.jpg" title="IMG_4779_付.jpg"/></center></p><p>9、淡奶油加入少许可可粉打发,取蛋糕片依次抹上奶油,叠起,表面也涂抹上奶油。</p><p>10、将可可粉过筛撒于抹好奶油的蛋糕表面,撒上少许巧克力屑,装饰上巧克力叶子及花就完成了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221161835971.jpg" title="IMG_4798_副.jpg" style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 32px;"/></center><br/></p><p>【巧克力花、叶的做法】</p><p>材料:</p><p>黑巧克力 &nbsp; &nbsp; 40克 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>水麦芽 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;10克 &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>叶子 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;数片</p><p><br/></p><p>叶子的做法:</p><p>1、巧克力切成小块,隔水加热至融化,涂在洗净擦干的叶子背面。</p><p>2、待巧克力凝结,小心的撕去背面的叶子,巧克力叶子就完成了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221163675153.jpg" title="IMG_4782_副.jpg"/></center></p><p>花的做法:</p><p>1、融化的巧克力加入水麦芽搅拌均匀,放入保鲜袋中,入冰箱冷藏。</p><p>2、将冷藏过的巧克力切成黄豆大小的块,搓圆备用。</p><p>3、取一个小巧克力圆子搓成锥形,为花蕊。</p><p>4、取5-6个巧克力圆子压扁后一层层裹在花蕊外面,就完成花的制作了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/1422116475949.jpg" title="IMG_4788_副.jpg"/></center></p><p>【叨叨】</p><p>1、奶油里加了可可粉,在口味上跟蛋糕体更协调了,而且奶油颜色也不会显得太白。</p><p>2、关于削巧克力屑呢,只要用切片的刨刀就可以轻松搞定了。</p><p>3、天热的话巧克力花容易化,要注意冷藏保存哦。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14221167839415.jpg" title="IMG_4809.JPG"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 若是作为情人节的礼物想必也很( ^_^ )不错,真是有点不忍心下口了。<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/33.gif"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
