香肠火腿披萨
<p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272811959217.jpg" title="CIMG9457.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272812153890.jpg" title="CIMG9460.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/1427281231822.jpg" title="CIMG9457.JPG"/></center></p><p>年前囤积的食品都需要清理清理了.好久没做披萨,把剩下的3片火腿片+1根香肠做了香肠火腿披萨.这次没炒披萨酱,(偷懒)用微波炉加工也棒棒的.</p><p>食材;面粉130克,马苏里奶酪140克,火腿片3片,香肠1根,青椒1个,洋葱1/2个,番茄沙司2大匙,酵母2克,白糖10克,盐2克,橄榄油15克,黄油,披萨草少许.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272812668532.jpg" title="CIMG9432_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>做法;准备食材待用.</p><p>酵母用75克温水溶化,面粉+糖+盐+橄榄油.</p><p>酵母水倒入面粉中,揉成光滑面团,放酵约50分钟.</p><p>配料切好待用.</p><p>洋葱粒+番茄沙司+黄油+点点盐+1小匙糖+披萨草放入微波炉转40秒,拌匀做披萨酱.</p><p>奶酪刨丝.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272813374497.jpg" title="CIMG9445_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>披萨盘用黄油擦一遍.(放清油也行)</p><p>发酵好的面团擀圆片,放入盘中,用叉子扎孔.</p><p>烤箱200度预热,放入烤箱先烤8分钟,拿出涂上披萨酱.</p><p>铺上香肠片,撒上1/2奶酪丝.</p><p>再放入青椒洋葱丝,火腿片,再撒入余下的奶酪,饼边刷一遍油.(为的是饼边更酥脆)</p><p>放入烤箱200度,烤18分钟即可.</p><p>出烤箱即可享用.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/1427281369345.jpg" title="CIMG9455.JPG"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/25/14272813826944.jpg" title="CIMG9457.JPG"/></center></p>
