【可可纹蛋糕卷】


                                                <p><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004914U48v.jpg"/></center></center></p><p>手绘蛋糕卷,平时其实我并不常做,</p><p>因为怕画的图案不整齐,</p><p>可是有时候又很想来个不一样的,</p><p>因为它能带个人别样的心情。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_14330049121J10.jpg"/></center></p><p>这个蛋糕卷的咖啡色部分,是加了可可粉的,</p><p>一点简单的改变,让整个卷卷的味道都变得不一样。</p><p>方子依然是小四卷的方子,、</p><p>用来做蛋糕卷,我觉得,怎么卷也卷不裂。</p><p>===================【可可纹蛋糕卷】===================</p><p>原料:鸡蛋四个、牛奶40克、玉米油40克、低粉40克、细砂糖40克、柠檬汁几滴</p><p>夹馅:淡奶油120毫升、芒果一个</p><p>辅料:可可粉适量</p><p><center><center><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004910HphV.jpg"/></center></center></center></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004907iFmP.jpg"/></center></p><p>1:牛奶、玉米油、10克细砂糖,混合,搅拌到乳化的状态:,加入蛋黄。</p><p>2:搅拌均匀。</p><p>3:筛入低粉。</p><p>4:轻轻搅拌均匀。</p><p><center><center><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004910HphV.jpg"/></center></center></center></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_14330049089vzb.jpg"/></center></p><p>5:蛋白分离到无油无水的容器里,加入几滴柠檬汁。</p><p>6:分三次加入细砂糖打至湿性发泡。</p><p>7:取1/3的蛋白,加入蛋黄糊里。</p><p>8:轻轻翻拌均匀。</p><p>9:然后倒入剩余的2/3的蛋白里。</p><p>10:继续搅拌均匀。</p><p><center><center><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004910HphV.jpg"/></center></center></center></center></p><p><center><img title="手绘蛋糕卷步骤2.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/14330054183449.jpg"/></center></p><p>13:取少许蛋糕糊,加入适量可可粉翻拌均匀,成可可面糊。</p><p>14:装入裱花袋,挤在铺有油纸的烤盘里,放入预热好的烤箱150度烤约3分钟,取出。</p><p><center><center><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004910HphV.jpg"/></center></center></center></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004909iyI1.jpg"/></center></p><p>15:把原味蛋糕糊倒入烤盘里。</p><p>16:继续放入烤箱150度烤20分钟。</p><p>17:烤好的蛋糕片取出烤盘,放在烤架上,并撕开四边的油纸,晾至温热。</p><p>18:上面盖上一张油纸,翻面,撕去底部的油纸。</p><p>19:抹上打发好的奶油,铺上芒果丁。</p><p>20:卷起,入冰箱冷藏一小时左右定型即可切块。</p><p><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004914U48v.jpg"/></center></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433004913D8qS.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
