【工作地点】Docklands, VIC
【职位类型】全职，一周五天
Key Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the operationmanagement team your responsibilities will include:;lDay to day communication maintenance with contractor drivers wherenecessary via phone & chat;lHandle Contractor drivers’ complaints;lFacilitate inter-departmental communication;lInformation Collection & Examination;lAdditional duties as assigned.
The skills and experienceyou bring
lAbility to communicate/listen effectively;lCSR(Customer Service & Relationship) experience - in BPO, Consulting,Transport or Internet;lStrong power on implement;lSelf-learning ability;lGood command of MS Office;
Report to
lOperation Supervisor/Manager
主要职责l通过电话，聊天方式与送餐员进行沟通，答疑并解决其问题l处理送餐员投诉l公司内部沟通l各类资料收集&检查l完成上级交代的其他任务
所需技能l有效的沟通与聆听能力l有过客户服务相关经验l有较强的执行力l自我学习能力l熟练使用Office套件
