Responsibility
[*]Taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations.
[*]Support the daily property management
[*]Routine open inspection including ingoing and outgoing reports
[*]Process new tenant applications, manage tenant selection, ongoing maintenance and arrears
[*]Rental increases and lease renewals
[*]Following clients and providing feedback to owners
[*]Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly
[*]Advertising rental properties
[*]Tribunal attendance when required
[*]Participate in team training and development
About you
[*]Certificate of registration in real estate or real estate licensed holder.
[*]At least three-year experience in property management is required
[*]The thorough understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures and terminology
[*]Have unrestricted Australian working rights
[*]Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
[*]Driver’s license and own car
[*]Excellent time management and organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects
[*]Strong relationship-building skills, including negotiable skills
[*]Passionate in the real estate industry, a self-motived, pro-active individual is ideally
[*]Available working 6 days per week
